"Website on Record," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the service operated by Desert Rose FZE. By subscribing to the service or using a website we build for you, you agree to these Terms.

Website on Record is a monthly subscription. In exchange for a flat fee, we design, build, host, and maintain a website for a task you describe to us. The subscription covers reasonable ongoing edits, small updates, and hosting for as long as it remains active.
The service is not a one-time project. It is priced and delivered as continuous upkeep — the site is expected to change over time as your needs do.
The subscription is billed monthly, in advance, at the rate shown at the time you sign up. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it.
We may change the price of the service going forward. If we do, we'll notify you before the change applies to your next billing cycle.
If a payment fails or isn't received, we'll try to reach you to sort it out. If payment still isn't made, we reserve the right to suspend or take the website offline until the account is settled, without further notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. There is no minimum term and no penalty for cancelling.
To cancel, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for — we don't cut off access mid-period.
Because each billing period pays for a month of work already delivered or in progress, refunds are limited:
Example: if you've paid for two months and request a refund, only the most recent month's payment is eligible. The first month's payment is not refunded.

The website we build and maintain for you is provided on a rental basis, for as long as your subscription is active — you do not own the website, its design, code, or hosting.
When your subscription ends, we may take the site offline and are not obligated to hand over the underlying files, design, or code, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Content you provide us — your text, images, logos, and other materials — remains yours. We only use it to build and run the site on your behalf.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the content and information you give us, and for making sure you have the rights to any material you ask us to publish on your site.
We can decline to publish content that's unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably believe puts us or others at risk.
We may update these Terms or change how the service works from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We provide the service as described, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Desert Rose FZE's place of registration in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
